[London – 16.04.25] Smart DCC, the Data Communications Company, has selected Brooklyn Solutions, an award-winning software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution as its new Contract Obligations provider as part of a wider Contract Lifecycle Management transformation, marking the beginning of a strategic three-year collaboration.

DCC aims to modernise and digitise in-life contract ways of working, replacing manual processes and delivering improvements in efficiency and effectiveness – ultimately saving time and money for DCC and the wider industry. With an extensive and complex contract landscape: from small support agreements to multi-million-pound infrastructure deals, Brooklyn was selected for its advanced capabilities in extracting obligations from large volumes of legal documentation. The platform will automate obligation capture and management, structure metadata for enhanced reporting, and centralise key information to create a single source of truth.

As part of the engagement, Brooklyn Solutions will also provide managed services, including bespoke dashboards that align with Smart DCC’s specific reporting and oversight needs. These dashboards will support improved decision-making, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

This initiative marks the first phase of a broader transformation roadmap for Smart DCC, laying the foundation for a digital-first, insight-driven operation. With Brooklyn’s phased and modular approach, Smart DCC is now positioned to meet its evolving operational demands with greater agility and confidence.
